Description of the change
This is a non-functional change with the sole purpose of adding the upcoming recommendations opt-in text so that it will be added to the software-center.pot file for early availability for the translators in LP (see String Freeze exception bug 986437).
Currently, the updated software-center.pot file has already been uploaded to Launchpad rosetta, but I thought we might need to merge this branch with 5.2.1 so that when we do the release we do not overwrite the .pot file that is there now.
If this branch is not needed, just let me know and I'l delete it.
