Always test with the proposed pocket when running nova based tests.
Description of the change
Always test with the proposed pocket when running nova based tests.
Not using proposed appears to have just been a mistake introduced in the original version of this file. This makes sure all proposed-migration tests will use the proposed pocket as it should.
I did manually test that the adt-cloud-service will accept vivid tests using proposed.
