* Add upstream patch 02-webadmin-proxy to add support to the webadmin module
  for the X-Forwarded-For reverse proxy header. Source IPs reported by
  proxies whitelisted in the configuration file will be used in place of the
  connection's remote IP wherever that's presented.
* Add upstream patch 03-webadmin-show-ssl which makes the webadmin module
  show the port number and SSL status of configured servers.
* Add upstream patch 04-webadmin-subpatch to add support for serving the
  webadmin module at a path other than the server root.
