Remove the in-app purchases pieces from the security-privacy plug-in.
Description of the change
This removes the In-App Purchases piece of the trust store settings, as we do not have support for in-app purchases in snaps, and it's not yet clear how that will actually work. This should ONLY land for zesty and xenial+overlay.
