Commit message
allows "setup.py test" to work for our non-django components
Description of the change
This fixes our setup.py scripts to support running tests.
Supporting django components takes a bit more work, and I'm not keen on doing that right now.

Ran the both imagebuilder and bsbuilder tests as described in README and they worked.
