debian files update, add a bigger desktop icon (128x128).

  * debian/copyright: Update year (this file needs more update tho).
  * debian/docs: Add AUTHORS.
  * debian/lmms-common.install: Add a bigger (128x128) desktop icon.
  * debian/lmms.install: Sort, simplify.
  * debian/lmms-vst.install: Sort, simplify.
  * debian/menu: Use the new lmms.png.
  * debian/rules:
    - debian/lmms.xpm: Disable lmms.xpm creation (see above).
    - install: Disable lmms.xpm install again.
  * debian/source/include-binaries: New file, add lmms.png.
