of the attiny1634's 16-bit counter and raising TOP from 0xFF to 0x3FF for
that level (so it's one quarter the brightness). Flicker is noticeable if
you wave the light around, but not enough to bother me. Could even be made
adjustable.

between regulated<->FET . So now if you're at MAX_1x7135 (from manual
memory for example), it'll blink just as you start to ramp up.
