I confirm the mentioned packages are Mandatory for Oasis (13, 14, 16) to carry all these features as the pilot product to reach RTS status

These packages included Thermald, FCC unlock tool and modem manager specifics to work with Intel WWAN modem (R+ and FM350) and MIPI camera specifics.

This is an unnecessary evil, which is not maintainable and SWE should escalate in a much early time.
