Drop libnss-db from supported-
libnss-db has no packages that depend on it. Has two packages that
recommend it, in universe. Package has been carried in the seeds since
the initial import. Package has no upstream to speak of - VCS urls now
point to the non-existant svn.debian.org. Package seems to occupy a
niche where libnss-ldap or similar is not viable, but pure usage of text
files would be too large.
