When we import an order, the taxes are set in OpenERP according to the mapping of taxes, not to a recomputed tax rate.
Protect against division by 0 in the mapping of fields in sale order line !
New module "prestashoperpconnect_simple_bundle" to manage product packs.

This code require lp:e-commerce-addons/oerp6.1-cleanning revno >= 327 (pushed a few minutes ago).
