Added Query 2 tools. Query2 is a new meta-data service provided for
the Ubuntu Cloud Images. The syncimgs Query2 tool set allows for an
interface in utilizing the meta-data.

CLI Tools:
     bin/cloudimg-sync: tool for synchronizing cloud images locally
         using simple YAML. It is extensible in conjunction with scripts.
     bin/pychecksum: tool for performing checksums written in Python. When
         invoking checksums against large files within Python, there is a
         risk of hangs when using the /usr/bin/*sum tools.
     bin/s3keyuploader: upload a single file to S3 and output a signed URL.
     bin/ubuntu-cloudimg-query2: like ubuntu-cloudimg-query but uses Query2
         meta-data. Similar in function.

Inclusion of syncimgs tools for utilizing new Query2 Meta Data.

Query2 is a new meta-data service provided for the Ubuntu Cloud Images.
The syncimgs Query2 tool set allows for an interface in utilizing the
meta-data, as well as introducing tools for use in a distributed
environment.

CLI Tools:
  bin/cloudimg-sync: tool for synchronizing cloud images locally
      using simple YAML. It is extensible in conjunction with scripts.
  bin/pychecksum: tool for performing checksums written in Python. When
      invoking checksums against large files within Python, there is a
      risk of hangs when using the standard CLI tools.
  bin/sqs{reader,writer}: tools for reading and writing messages to AWS
      SQS. This tool is useful for simple messaging between nodes. These
      tools are used for monitoring functions in the Amazon S3 Mirrors
      for Ubuntu.
  bin/s3keyuploader: upload a single file to S3 and output a signed URL.
  bin/ubuntu-cloudimg-query2: like ubuntu-cloudimg-query but uses Query2
      meta-data. Similar in function.
