Update lp484429-use-luks-holder-property-in-removal.patch: if the LUKS cleartext
is ejected cleanly, luks_holder gets NULLed, which caused udisks to segfault when
trying to find or use the device it should have pointed to.

The luks teardown code can be skipped in this case since the devices both get
ejected/unmounted properly just before.

  still keep it disabled. Proper handling of linear DMs and DMMP devices
  (which are disabled right now, though) still require finding out the
  parent devices through UDISKS_DM_TARGETS_{PARAMS,TYPE} and there is
  currently no equivalent from the dmsetup rules.
