Added use_tag_image_only flag to the GetCover script, if set to true (false by default) only tag images will get used for cover art output. Updated main script to only actually copy over found cover art when --datatype=CA is requested

Updated the /usr/bin/ script to dynamically call the available python exec as /usr/bin/python is linked to Python 3 (Arch) or will be at some point (Ubuntu)

Updated the /usr/bin/ script to use the python2 sym link instead of python as Python 3 is either here (Arch) or coming (Ubuntu). Updated to provide a copy of coverart files in a custom path to avoid file naming issues. The file where coverart gets copied to when using the --datatype=CA option is determined by the -c/--coverartpath option, note that if this option is set to an empty string i.e. '' the original file path is provided for the coverart path. The default path is /tmp/cover.
