Fix subtle bug with opening a socket for listening and then spawning couchdb. If we don't close all FDs, then the child process of couchdb inherits the listening proxy port, and while it doesn't use it at all, our port-scanning logic in the library discovers it and thinks it might be the port we should connect to for the server.
