fixed bug #1185106
Description of the change
Fixes SIGINT and SIGTERM not correctly handling an exit. Made sure when you exit Scratch in any way, it performs the same consistent behaviour (specifically in this case removing the backup files on close).
Also this fix includes making Ctrl+Q once again work and correctly close the application.
