Description of the change
Don't set the min touches to 1 for a tap subscription with the continuous
touches flag set. There is no real use case for following a tap all the
way down to 1 touch, and it screws up tap gesture processing for a
non-tentative client. If a client really wanted to set the min touches to
1, it can upgrade to geis v2, set the touches filter instead of using the
continuous touches flag, and enable tentative events.

OK. Taps sure are special.
