Corrected issues that would manifest after an event was created in AXware with an empty state file having no runs on file. Added a link to the newest runs table. Moved string formatting logic for time of day into Run model. Added time of day on Driver details page for each run. Corrected issues where classes and categories having no runs on file for the event would appear on the event detail page if they have runs at other events.
