Fix test failures when './uci-run-tests[2]' are invoked.

The fix is not super clean but the failure is quite contrived to start with, the need is to ensure that a recursive call can succeed even when a relative path is used initially as some tests needs to be isolated from disk and as such change the working dir, breaking the invocation relative path.
