A new script for tc-powermeter-05.
Description of the change
A new script for tc-powermeter-05:
1. Launch HERE maps
2. Wait until GPS is active
3. Switch back to the dash
4. Wait until HERE maps is closed by lifecycle
5. Close here maps
This MP replaces the previous one into lp:~canonical-platform-qa/ubuntu-test-cases/power-meter.

Looks awesome to me. I think there are changes with app launching and stopping that we want to implement more broadly, but this fits in with the current implementation standard, so I think we should go ahead and land it since it's been tested and shown to work. It also provides a good model for future scripts. Thanks.
