Description of the change

Clearing an item from MoM, this package is blocked from migrating due to python3-defaults (the python transition). This merge doesn't unblock anything, but does carry forward the delta which looks to me like it is still needed.

Thanks for the MP Bryce. The delta looks good, I do not have enough context here but can't we forward this change to Debian? Anyway, this does not block this MP, just trying to make it a sync next time.

All the tests passed and everything looks good. +1 from me.

Yes, regarding forwarding, the LP bug report includes links to the debian and upstream bugs where discussion is ongoing. Upstream recognizes it as a problem and took the task of implementing a fix last year, but no recent updates. I suspect Debian isn't affected like us, so while they accept it's an issue I guess they'll wait for upstream.
