Description of the change
One of the misc. PHP packages we did to address psr/cache incompatbilities. The patch is still applicable since Debian has still not moved to the new psr/cache apparently, and for the same reason this is not forewardable. We can keep the delta for now.
There are no autopkgtests:

IIRC, this patch (our delta) was taken from upstream. +1 for keeping it.
Thanks for addressing this one, Bryce! The reason I did not file a merge for this one before was that the packaging change here is in d/watch, so this should be a no-op for us. Still, it is nice to avoid larger gaps with Debian.
