Description of the change
Bug: https:/
PPA: https:/
This is a universe package with new upstream as well as numerous backports of bugfixes by Debian. The new upstream release lets us drop one patch; previously only part of the original fix was taken but now with 2.3.3 the remaining changes are taken as well.
I also checked in on the one other bit of delta, which is the exclusion of tmpfs and other synthetic devices, but discussion of this is still on-going upstream. The issue seems to be a failure in the upstream testsuite as one case is specifically looking for tmpfs mounts. I suspect that will simply require revising their testsuite, and isn't something that impacts Ubuntu at all, so I don't think any modification of our delta is required.
There are no dep8 tests for this package, however I've verified it builds ok in PPA, and that at least locally autopkgtest runs and exits without error.
There was an error fetching revisions from git servers. Please try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, contact Launchpad support.
Thanks for this MP Bryce! It seems flawless to me, +1.
