Description of the change
A dumb bug, basically the test script grabs a URL, but the url it was grabbing, being a subdirectory of cdimage.ubuntu.com, recently ceased to exist. Better to just get the root of the site, far more likely never to change.
Note that CE QA have explicitly requested to get a fix for this in the next Checkbox version so I plan to propose to subvert the freeze for this.
