Downgrade brasero | nautilus-cd-burner Recommends to a Suggests; we want
to avoid pulling that in the UNR spin but germinate doesn't allow for
negative deps right now. The two other meta packages and seeds which pull
nautilus do have an explicit brasero dep, so it's fine.
