Commit message
Make it clear that release-build needs to run if no source package
is found.
Fix bug in release-status.
The logic for uncommitted changes was reversed.
Improve release status script.
Model that the snap should first go to the beta channel before
it goes the final release channel.
The reason for that is that it should be in beta in order for
solqa to test it.
Improve release-build script script.
* Default DEBFULLNAME and DEBEMAIL to git user
* Make sure tree is clean, to avoid building with
wrong UI.
* Check build dependencies early
