check_systemd.py: use SubState=='running' instead of ActiveState=='active' to...

check_systemd.py: use SubState=='running' instead of ActiveState=='active' to know if a service is running.

If a daemon is killed, ActiveState will stay 'active' but SubState
will become 'exited', so it's more factual.
