Volume Control: various changes + bug fix LP #561636:
- change orientation of volume scale to horizontal
- remove lame '+' and '-' buttons
- move the 'Mute' checkbox from the lame context menu to the Awn dialog
- fix LP bug #561636 by allowing volume levels larger than 100% if theme is not a moonbeam theme
- chang behaviour of left-clicking somewhere on the volume scale from decreasing/increasing the volume to setting the volume the the level to which the point of the volume scale where the user clicked corresponds. Normally only middle-click works this way
