Description of the change

Work-in-progress packaging, remains to decide whether or not to crush the existing trello schtaff b/c supporting libs aren't available in Python3, MPing for brendand review/testing.

I've pushed this to ppa:~allanlesage/qakit for testing (don't seem to have access to ~canonical-platform-qa PPA-space).
