Unity needs time to respond to the configuration time and apply it internally. We have a short wait function after set_compiz_option(), but we also have to do the same during cleanUp(), when the variable is restored. Since otherwise it can lead to problems.

Revert revision 125 for now. All is OK with this change, but we need to synchronize it with Unity changes, ensure that both of them go into respective trunks at the same time before the daily-release machine starts running. So, we'll push it again once everything is set up correctly
