This project introduce the concept of feature
A feature is something that your customer need and can be splited in many task.
The feature is the right granularity for selling a project and supervise the project (on both side manager and customer).
Feature will be first attach to the lead, then quotated and when the sale order is validated. The feature will be attached to the projet.
At that time you can plan the feature (what to do in which phase) And starting a phase will generate the task from the feature.
