live-server testing fixed

The live-server began to be unable to boot from the ISO. As such the
process will not boot from and only from the CD first during boot.
Then the process will switch to booting from the HD after install.

The CD was also changed from the incorect virtio to ide as it should
not be used for this scenario and even then should have been
virtio-scsi, which would be faster.

Finally, added some prints to print out the used xml for install
and for post-install boot.

Add static validation support for subiquity

This adds the file list and subiquity detection support to the utah
ISO class to be used by the static validation tests. Adds a subiquity
flag to the tests and makes sure that all tests work on subiquity.

Catch exception when file is missing

This will prevent Utah from crashing when a log file is missing.
Previously, an IOError would be thrown when a missing file was attempted
to be accessed. Instead a log warning will show and the test will continue
on.

Also changes the config message to an info and not a warning.
