Description of the change

Merge from debian. No delta dropped or added.

Note that there are many deprecation warnings about openssl3 in the build logs, as there were before.

Range diff didn't work well since things were sqashed and re-ordered.
But comparing it with logical is almost nothing (just some commit messages).

TL;DR - yes this is carried forward as-is.

I agree the build is noisy on deprecations, but had no new issues.

I have not seen autopkgtest sniffs (not required) but triggered one for you.
If you like before upload you can collect it with:

$ lp-test-ppa ppa:ahasenack/haproxy-merge --release jammy --showpass

I ran the dep8 tests manually, and they were green. But I'll check your run.

Sorry for the range-diff noise. There were so many delta drops that I tried a more automated approach.
