geoip1 is a legacy format and we should move to geoip2 (libmaxminddb)

Remove {intel,amd}-microcode from server-ship since they are now
(since #1738259) pulled in via the kernel packages (linux-image-*).

Remove hv-kvp-daemon-init from server-ship.

This package was superseeded by linux-cloud-tools and was last shipped
in trusty.

Remove debian-goodies from server-ship.

It was first added in 2005, and is deemed unnecessary now [SLC 18.10 sprint].
It recommends elfutils.

Rename squid3 back to squid for the squid 4.x update (LP: #1780944)
