When '/' is mounted twice *and* one of the devices that's mounted on '/'
is mounted simultaneously to another mount point, we now avoid printing
duplicate usage information. This seems like an edge case, but it's actually
the default on all Ubuntu machines.

This is the second time this branch has been merged, fixing this ticket.
That's because the original merge left out a couple of revisions.

Merge custom-graph-code-hash [r=jkakar,radix]

Add a new item to the custom graph schema "script-hash" which will be the hash
of the script that the server sends to the client.

Add two utility functions for generating this hash to be shared on the client
and server side.
