Now that I'm using mongrel, toggling the check on a todo works. This functionality has been added.

Retrieval of todos, contexts, and projects works pretty well. Now think about implementing creation of these things.

Lots of changes:
Using xml.dom.minidom
Get all todos works
Get all contexts works
Get all todos in a certain context works
Perhaps the next steps are to implement other basic functionality, then see about generalizing code.
