add multiseat support

  * add seat name to seat-specific log messages
  * add display server name to display server and display log messages
  * add session PID to session and greeter log messages
  * add debug log messages when setting the XDG PAM variables for
    logind
  * xserver-vt: new seat configuration setting to force a seat's
    virtual terminal number
  * xserver-seat: new seat configuration setting to specify a seat
    name for X's -seat argument and the pam_systemd XDG_SEAT variable
  * assume VT 0 means the user wants X to share VTs
