* Merge with Debian testing. Remaining Ubuntu changes:
  - debian/patches/add-missing-include.patch: Add missing include to fix
    FTBFS on amd64.
  - Build-depends against libwebkitgtk-dev instead of libwebkit-dev
  - debian/configure, debian/control: Disable gdata_plugin since it
    depends on a version of libgdata-dev older than what's in the Ubuntu
    archive.
