* New upstream release
   - Build system based on autotools
   - Fixes for PowerPC
* debian/rules: s/1.12/1.13/
* debian/rules: Added ./configure command line, as we have an autotools-
  based build system now. Updated "make install" command line.
* debian/patches/10_177295-fix_signedness.patch: Removed hunk on
  pnm2ppa.c, as it is applied upstream, calibrate_ppa.c still needs the
  patch.
* debian/patches/99-examples_shbangs.patch,
  debian/patches/99-pnm2ppa_manpage.patch: Adapted to new upstream version
  (1.13).
