* debian/watch:
   - Update it to look at the new download location (ftp.gnome.org).
* debian/rules:
   - Rename get-pkg-source target to get-orig-source and commented it
     out as the watch file should be used instead.
* debian/copyright:
   - Update copyright years and download location.
* debian/control:
   - Bump standards version to 3.7.3.
   - Improve the long description.
* debian/patches/03_add_catalan_translation.dpatch:
   - Add a Catalan translation by myself (forwarded upstream).
