* Transition to xulrunner 1.9.2
  - see USN-930-1
* Update xulrunner build depends to xulrunner-dev > 1.9.2, drop explicit
  depends on xulrunner and use dh_xulrunner to populate binary depends
  - update debian/control
  - update debian/rules
* Work around an API change in GtkMozEmbed which results in the
  open_uri signal being emitted when calling gtk_moz_embed_open_stream.
  Filter out these events rather than handling them. Ensure that only
  the 1.9.2 GRE is loaded at runtime. Add the xulrunner location to
  LD_LIBRARY_PATH to ensure that the newer sqlite shipped with xulrunner
  is loaded, rather than the older system sqlite, which causes liferea to abort
  - add debian/patches/xul1.9.2.dpatch
  - update debian/patches/series
