* debian/install_asis.gpr: adjust to the fact that gnatvsn.gpr is now
  a proper library project file. Closes: #497673.
* debian/control:
  - tighten build-dependency on gnat-4.3 accordingly.
  - Use ${binary:Version} instead of ${Source-Version}.
* debian/compat: new.
* debian/rules (DH_COMPAT): remove.
