* Urgency set to medium as bug 241974 was actually a RC bug.
* debian/rules && debian/control: Using dpatch now.
* debian/control: added missing section for source and fix overrides
  disparity for libgpgme-dev package, which section is now libdevel
* debian/patches:
   - 10_relibtoolize: new
        + Runs new libtool for bug #242950
  + Using fixed automake, so dir.gz file is not shipped
  any more (Closes: #241974)
  + Removes libtool.m4 from acinclude.m4. This was overriding any
  other libtool.m4 being used.
* debian/copyright: fix dh_make template style.
