  - New upstream release
    + Removed 12_nptl.dpatch

  - The new upstream version seems to compile fine with gcc-4.0
    (closes: #294041)
  - Added 10_dd-record-option.dpatch - allows to choose if to record
    or to replay Dolby Digital independently
  - Updated 03_cmdsubmenu.dpatch and opt-24_jumpplay-0.6.dpatch to the
    versions from vdrdevel
  - Now using debian/watch from vdrdevel
  - Bumped Standards-Version to 3.6.2
