* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
- Allow build-tests autopkgtest to write to stderr, since it does so
copiously even on success.
- debian/patches/170-fix-socket-thread-not-starting.patch: Patch from
Peter Soertens to fix an issue with the socket reconnection thread not
starting.
- Pass dh_makeshlibs -V to have stronger version dependencies.
log4cxx (0.10.0-14) sid; urgency=medium
* Update copyright years.
* Replace dependency for autopkgtests on liblog4cxx10-dev with unversioned
one. Thanks to Paul Genvers for the report. (Closes: #905331)
* Also drop unneeded dependency for autopkgtest on build-essential.
* Bump S-V 4.2.0
- Add "Rules-Require-Root: no" to d/control.
