  * Team upload.
  * Add a few patches from upstream:
    + Work around lxml API abuse.
    + Fix regression in xmlNodeDumpOutputInternal.  LP: #1943277
    + Fix whitespace when serializing empty HTML documents.
    + Forbid epsilon-reduction of final states.
    + Fix buffering in xmlOutputBufferWrite.
