  * Cherry pick "Fix segmentation fault in http_MakeMessage" from upstream.
    (Closes: #883118)
  * Ensure that the assert(0) in http_MakeMessage isn't hit if fmt contains
    'E'. Thanks to Tobi Frost for the patch.
