* Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.8, no changes.
* Add declare-xmalloc.patch by Colin Watson to
include mem_alloc.h in files that use xmalloc.
* Add ${perl:Depends} to epsilon-bin Depends.
* Enable all hardening buildflags.
