* debian/control: Suggest ffmpeg instead of libav-tools because Debian
  transitions to ffmpeg again.
* Install MediathekView.png to hicolor directory.
* Add headless-mode-not-working.patch.
  Fix running MediathekView in headless mode with -auto switch.
