Tweak debootstrap handling:

The correct path for debootstrap code is /usr/share, not /usr/lib; use
that and assume it now.

Cope with the $(CODENAME) script not existing, and create a symlink to
sid where necessary. Just found in jessie - debootstrap needs
updating.

efi: fix boot from next volume

grub2 has fixed `exit` cmd to take an argument. Now it is possible to
`exit 1`, which in EFI terms is unsuccesful boot attempt, which then
results in the next BootEntry from BootOrder to be attempted.

tools: drop MD5, SHA1 for iso packaging metadata

MD5 and SHA1 are no longer trusted, so stop generating them.

Older releases, that still generate d-i based images, prior to bionic
require MD5 for d-i components to operate. Thus keep MD5 in the
Release & d-i suites on xenial and lower.

Drop the install_languages function.

The dists/$series/main/disks-$arch path has never existed in the Ubuntu
archive, this is an old relic from boot-floppies days that even Debian

Fix whitespace & drop OEM boot options from subiquity

Currently kernel commandline string on subiquity images has multiple
groups of duplicate whitespace. This is because most of the
parameteres are empty for subiquity images and are concatenated space
delimited. Instead of fiddling with optionality of each argument,
simply parse them with $(echo ), such that shell escaping space
separates all arguments without any double/tripple spacing.

Also this makes reading the variable names easier.

Create a variable indicating subiquity based images, to skip chunks of
unneeded boot options. E.g. OEM boot is not supported by the subiquity
images.

eoan: drop boot=casper args in all the live images.

When casper initrd is generated with CASPER_GENERATE_UUID, in eoan it
now also generates a conf.d snippet to default to boot=casper if not
otherwise set. This removes boilerplate from all of our default
installer boot entries.

Lower the size limit for DVDs to 4482MiB instead of 4600MiB.

The latter is oversized, and in practice this only matters for the source
DVDs anyway which are a set so it's more important to have the individual
ISOs fit on physical media than it is to fit as much as possible into an
image.
