fix: switch from task to metapackage for ubuntu-unity upgrade test

In accordance with discussion here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-unity-meta/+bug/2036989

Fixing the task not installable isn't possible, so we must move to the
metapackage for ubuntu unity
